I think there are no computer based spinners for these languages. The market is just too small. I suggest you to manually spin it or to hire a freelancer.

There are, for example Spinner Chief has databases for almost all languages, see http://thesaurus.spinnerchief.com The good ones aren't free and even the paid ones are much smaller than the english main database. So, possible, but don't expect readable results. We tested it for DE, ES, IT and FR, the native speakers we had to judge the results nearly pissed their pants.
