Help with unwanted ad-maven ligthbox

Hello guys I need help, I added a Ligthbox ad from ad-maven several days ago, but I remove this ad in my ad-maven account, and from my site, but still appear, only happen in my site, load a site named adskpak.com and lightbox appear.
Ad-maven chat and contact email dont reply me, please help.

Have you checked your php code, it could still be there.

Header, footer etc, when you reply directly it's best to use the reply button so I, or someone else gets notified
