I have been receiving payments from CB to my payoneer account without any problem for 3-4 years I think . Yesterday I checked history and saw my latest payments were cancelled and returned to Clickbank . I will contact Payoneer today during business hours to find out .

My payoneer account look fine and no notifications or anything .

Last week , Payoneer got delay in crediting my money from CB , this week I got payment cancelled . So weird .

Anyone experience this before ? Would love to hear some insights pls

I have $750 stuck in payoneer. Their customer support gets on my nerves sometimes. Good luck.
Let us know what they tell you tomorrow

What do you mean by saying it's "stuck" mate ? They don't allow you to withdraw it ?
Sure I will let u know once I can get in touch with them .

Their support system really sucks. They need to hire more staff because it takes ages to get hold of someone.

I have money with them for another affiliate program and for them to send the card is taking forever. I didn't find the customer support bad but delayed. I guess no one understand if you provide good customer support you will keep more more people.

BTW, skrill is not great either....

Ask them to send the card via DHL. You will get it within 3-4 days max. If you have money in your payoneer account already, they will deduct the fees from that.

You keep continue touch with them and try to contact to them.
I hope problem will be cleared soon.
Good luck mate...

Check your CB account, It should be some refunds or something like that and the CB canceled the payment.

Skrill is even worse in terms of support. They once frozen my account for days without any reason.

Hi mate,
Clickbank send me payment failed notifications as "invalid banking information" (I used same US payment service from payoneer for years ) and money will be credited back to my account , no refund found . Also , I looked at payoneer history and saw clickbank payment cancelled , so it's payoneer who cancelled the payment . I will try to get in touch with them and update the case , hopefully someone met this issue once can give me some information , that would be great.

Also I have upcoming payment next pay period also , clickbank usually just debit your next payment if any refund found . They never cancelled any of my payment in past .

Had this experience some months ago. My amazon earnings were cancelled, i have to contact payoneer to find out why. After everything was cleared. I contacted amazon and they re-sent the cheque after 30 days or so.

To the guy who is waiting for payoneer card, since you have money in there. Ask them to send it via DHL or some other paid courier service, you will get your card within days in any part of the world.

Ok so I called them . The Representative told me that my account is under review . I asked why , she said she had no idea . So I told her payoneer didn't send me any notification about this . She said it may be just a quick review . The only thing she can do is asking them to send me more information about this . Kindda sad , it's not my first day with them , has been using payoneer since 2013 without problem , only received from clickbank :(

I have the same issue but with amazon.

They cancel my 1st payment from amazon at 2 October and they say it will return to amazon in 7-10 days and not its the 13th day and noting return to amazon.

I contact payoneer many times but just they ignore me or even auto messages (their customers service is the worst) i hope if their any alternate to payonner

So does anyone face this issue now and what you do?

Interesting, i still receive payments from Amazon to Payoneer without any issue.

When a company (especially a bank, payment processor) says "days", they usually mean business/banking days. 10 business days is two full weeks, if it happened on the 2nd, the deadline is 16th, which is tomorrow or can be the 17th, if you live far East from the US. Money doesn't disappear into thin air, it will get back to Amazon eventually, don't worry. There's really no point in contacting the Payoneer support furthermore. If the payment was cancelled two weeks ago, the money right in that moment was sent back to the sender, it's out of their hands and they can't tell you exactly when you'll get it.
