Just keep it inside the Hire A Freelancer and Want To Buy sections from now on.

When you start offering your services outside of those sections, it can turn other threads in the same section into pseudo-sales threads filled with spam and scams.

Edit: Bah, I just noticed this thread is from 2015! That's what I get for moderating from my phobe, but this is what I was talking about...
