What is the definition of professional. Let me give u an example.. Say Video creation

Video are created by Fiverr guys for $5 ( they are not bad)

But its not fair enough to compare there quality of Videos with 'titanic movie.

Fiverr guys can't be James Cameron. I hope it make sense..

Now back to your question, Salary of graphic designer is Rs $20,000 PM + office exps. That is around $600 PM. He can create graphic design work. if we give full working day on infograpic or any thing. Then we will surely come with so called 'professional" work.
