Hi guys, I have lots of websites from which I gather emails for further marketing plans.
Basically my question relies on the legal side of this thing. My sites are CPA sites and people go to other landing pages where they enter an email and proceed further (they are not aware that their email is stored in a database, yet we do have a privacy policy and TOS on our websites stating that we gather data about them and we even might share those with our 3rd party partners).
So, how ok is this? I've heard that people that do not agree to something might come after us if we send them emails.
Thank you for your time, AmbushIV
