Which YouTube Network Partnership Should I Join?

Hello,
i am starting with pure whitehat monetization of youtube. I had few years ago adsense account, which was banned 3 years ago (it was never used for yt monetization, only for monetizing ads on my website) and now i am scared to open new on the same name and to start with monetization, because i guess it will be banned. Then i thought that i can try with YouTube Partnership Networks, but I really do not know which one to choose, which one is paying.. etc. Could you pls. give me any advice, what I need to choose ? Thank you

To start this process you have to be minimum 10 point on AddMeFast.

1.Add your youtube channel to AddMeFast with CPC=10

2.After that go to your youtube ....Channel setting>Advance .....
and find Subscriber Counts......
Now select option ...."Do not display the number of people subscribed to my channel"

3.after that you will get about 50 Subscriber............and your account will be blocked on addmefast

4.Now go to youtube and select option..............."Display the number of people subscribed to my channel"
after that go to AddMeFast and Unblock your channel

5.Now go to Step=2
