Hi Guys,

Just a quick question about paypal.

I'm planning to set up a number of directories which I will market to a very select number of companies.

For strategic reasons I don't want the companies to know that the directories are all owned by the same person/company. (These are completely whitehat sites btw, but I believe not having the sites linked will be to my advantage).

I plan to use private whois and different email addresses (different ips for emailing wont be necessary) but am concerned about using paypal for each of the accounts.

Since I can set up different business accounts and even paypal accounts for each of the directories my only concern is whether any personal information (i.e. my own name) will be visible when the companies are paying or receiving receipts via paypal.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Anyone?

Thanks + rep is of course included to anyone who can advise.

I don't what you can do, but I know what you CAN'T.

- Don't use multiple accounts on PP, they will ban you and you'll loose your money
- Don't use fake info on PP, same reason, same consequences

well , the emails added on pp , like secondary email address ( up to 5 I think you can or even 7 secondary email address can use ) will be visible for the buyers like individual each one , however it's seen at general description the '' secondary '' email address , but on detail payment pages , it's show the name and the main email account .

My suggestion , it's to use like main email one email from one domain from the '' busniess site '' then like secondary emails , emails from each of the directories , of course you can claim from the '' busniess site the directories are owned and operated by you like '' business central management '' :)

My advice:
You got family right? paypal has no issue with that a long as you have some handy vpn's for using diff IP's
- make a txt doc and place the ip that goes on every pp acct.
now go and make the accts for ppl you know and trust:

1) acct for wife / gf
2) acct for father
3) acct for mother
4) uncle/best friend
5) partner.
you get access to all those
payments can go on each acct with no troubles then you can collect funds from them into your main pp acct and withdraw fast.

No red flags at all unless you do something stupid like mixing IP's or calling PP to ask for permission.

Enjoy

Dave
:)
PS: if you dont know what VPN is then just google for it or better look here at BHW.

Mate, do not create too many accounts on pp and at the same time its a blunder to give a fake address.
Some time back my pp account was limited for no good reason. And they had asked me for the full details(hard copy) of my address, country and identity.
It was really a pain to untie it and it took them 3 long months to lift it up.:(

I suggest for the safer side please be careful.

The simple solution is to just add multiple email address
and use each email address for each site.

Don't try to create too many paypal accounts. It's pointless
for what you're trying to achieve (and too much hassle!)
