Retargeting is the action of setting a cookie with the intention of serving a second set of adverts to the user...

To make it the most useful, sure you need to set a google/facebook pixel.

I'm on it, I'll work this shit out.

Wow this is really cool.

I use sigpool to change banners and monitor ctr for my Bhw sig and I'm pretty sure it must work in a similar way.

Based on that I guess there shouldn't be a problem with what you are doing.

I had no idea that existed, thats a cool service :)

My first idea with this was to fuck with people, PM them with a black pixel so it doesn't show, land the cookie then serve a unique banner to specific people to fuck with them and annoy them...

Thankfully I am not that childish and silly... However loading FB pixels and Google retargeting tags shouldn't be that hard....

This just got interesting.

it ll be a jackpot...just imagine the opportunities by just inserting small 1x1 jpeg or png in comments . we can target the user of that particular forum with same niche products........ will wait ste for that step by step guide. :) TIA

I think that their pixel is more than juste cookies, the pixel needs a javascript script to work and isn't just about going to a url to set a cookie, or else it would be too easy to target anyone anywhere

THAT sounds really great thing. Man. I have a question: Is it possible if we use it in our landing page. I mean like some networks don;t allow hard popups. Can we use hard popup link with an image which will not be visible to network moderators but when user will click on it . it will be changed to pop under popup.??

when they'll review it will be retargeted to a normal page and in between retarget all people to popup.

Possible? @Ste Fishkin

Cool idea. Thanks for the tip.
It will be helpful for us sellers with multiple sales thread.

  1. Cookie stuff Amazon aff link in signature banner.
  2. Shitpost all day.
  3. ???
  4. Profit!.........
.........or is something completely flying over my head?
you can't, what he did here is about doing that on a domain on which you have full control, furthermore, it is illegal to do what you're suggesting, we're not only talking about getting your amazon account banned, you may even get arrested for fraud.

Oh, is cookie stuffing illegal for all affiliate programs too? Thanks for the reply, I may need to re-read the OP a few times to fully understand it.
