What about the old orders that were removed from IG, are you replacing those lost followers? If not, I'd probably need a refund.

The last post was six days ago and no reply on the thread, I would like my account to be refunded instead of waiting for the followers to be back up. I need to re-purchase them. I have been waiting for well over a month now for this to be resolved. I really think there should be some action taken aginst this behaviour.

I'm very sad to see he has decided to change his "policy" after the followers dropped and he had to deal with. He also hasnt updated this thread and he has already promised to redo the followers of most everyone on this thread. Something should be done, i've been patiently waiting for the followers to be added back for over a month and he is going to just drop us all?

Yeah, his followers were "non-drop". If he is unwilling to resolve this I will resolve it with Paypal. Becuase he failed to deliver his product. All my followers dropping over the course of a week when Instagram hit you? Fine, but atleast fix them. AS they WERE stated as non-drop.

I know he had a lot to go through to get back up, so I tried to stay out of the way because I liked his services and trusted he'd stick to his original promise in this thread to refill the dropped followers. I wouldn't be surprised if he just shuts down totally since it doesn't seem like he can correct his course. Disappointing

I think that is the way he is going at this rate. I am going to enter an application for him to be entered in the shitlist, I've captured plenty of evidence for proof that he has scammed quite a few people by now. I will also be disputing this charge with Paypal because I am beyond disappointed with this turn of events.

Been waiting too, still no option to add followers.

I guess he is waiting for the 180 days to expire on all deposits made, that's the maximum time you have to open a dispute on PayPal.

He offered me to refund 25% to PayPal, BUT he would exclude me from the panel, whereas he stated that there would be a 50% refund to the balance as well. I've had 90% back in balance and can't do anything with it, the money is lost, I need followers and nothing else. He didn't want to cut my balance in half when he refunds to PayPal, only wanted to exclude me from the panel.

The reason? "I was being rude and abusive". He's turning things around, he was the guy insulting me and calling me a "coward" if I would share my experience on BHW. I've got plenty of proof about his rudeness. Obviously he doesn't care to update us.

Just my few cents and thoughts.

After reading other reviews lately and hearing no response back from Charbel, I will be also be opening a PayPal dispute for my lost funds. I'd advise everyone else to do the same. It's time to move on to a better platform that has better customer service.

He threatened me as well in the beginning and I gave him months to make things right up to this point. It's been long enough and I already found a better panel at a cheaper cost. Please admin close this thread as it's a dead service that was a total scam from the beginning. He even wrote "guaranteed no drop" on the first page.
