I mean you can do it all for free but it time, your need to create a nice website on the main keyword ,and a really good article and then intro video and good images.

Then make sure you got enough links to out rank your competition

Then loads of sub pages with longtail links and articles.

Then loads of 2.0

Then loads of blogs with grate articles pointing to you new website.

Thrn start with 20 pbn pointing to your website.

Like i say it a big project atleast 2 weeks to get going.

Of course hire it out , here and there , £1000

well it depends on how smart you invest. It's not like you can go to SEO God, give him $x,xxx and he will rank you #1. Start by having perfect on-page, and later add some anchor diversification and PBNs. I never handled any porn Kw tbh, so that's all I can say for now.
