Legal Issues regarding OGADs and IG

I had a question if I would get into legal trouble if I promote a certain niche such as pokecoins with Ogads.

Since I'm basically promoting Nintendos product and using it without their consent, would that somehow get me in trouble?

If I create a site relating to free pokecoins and then its obvious people would download the App and not get anything out of it, so is it possible for me to get into legal issues with Nintendo for fake promoting as using their name as part of my domain?

Well, provided Nintendo has a thousand man task force browsing the internet 24/7 looking for the slightest misappropriation of their name and logo, you might expect a polite E-mail informing you that you should remove them from your website.

My question is regarding the domain name I'm gonna use, not the IG.

if you get enough traffic you can get in trouble. it just takes 1 person to send a report to the right person and you'll get a dmca and your site shut down. if you're infringing copyright then a letter from a lawyer telling you to stop is in the realm of possibility.

Domain is another story, just dont put any full trademark words like "Pokemon", but "poke" should be fine. We aren't lawyers though, so don't place 100% faith lol.

Did you check ogads website? It is basically scaming people (though you don't take their money, so scaming is a hard word, but you do cheat them).
