tried tinyurl,bitly,bitdo and for some reason the url still don't work i use ogads landing page if it important

It's really unusual. Try with clickmeter it's a shortner and a tracker. I never had problem with their links on Insta. It's free for the first 1000 events, then you can easily create another account with a different email if you don't want to buy their plan
