Actually you could rotate between the following cities for both the North American UnGagged and the European Ungagged.

N/A UnGagged
USA - Las Vegas/New York
CANADA - Toronto
MEXICO - Mexico City?

European UnGagged
UK - London/Edinburgh
NETHERLANDS - Amsterdam
IRELAND - Dublin

Maybe BHW should have a poll and see which destinations people would be interested in attending.

I would love to go the Las Vegas UnGagged but due to Visa concerns it is unlikely for the foreseeable future and London just doesn't have any attraction for me because I live there.
I realise that the conference should be the main attraction for me it would have to be held somewhere else.

Anyway just a suggestion for the future.
