I have a couple of pages my largest reached 63,138,853 people on 10+ million fans this past week. As far as 3rd parties killing reach: It's due to the large amounts of post marked as spam or poor engagement rates from everything posted via that app collectively (people that abuse massplanner or FPTraffic hurt all users.) We have a private scheduler we use on some pages and it works no different than if we were using Facebook to schedule.

Private as in only we use it. It's an app we built to help manage some of our smaller and average sized pages.

The average reach for test post is 1.5% , if you want to get more reach value then start posting animated gifs and videos.
P.S: Trolling4Dollars Using 3rd party app for automatic posting is reducing the reach with some % what we suggest is using the FB inbuild scheduler

Key is to have content which is engaging and relevant your pages/fans
