People rush on judging MassPlanner...there are MANY factors that can make weird stuff happening. I've been using MP for almost a year now and i never had major issues with it. Those issues that i've had were mostly my fault and MP support helped me solve them. If anything was wrong with MP, we would all have the same issues...

My Personaly experience with them is worst like i said i;ve been with them for 6 months but when they say: Hey " we lose money providing personal support to you" I mean wtf is that kind of response. Doesn't their software comes with free support then how the fuck they can even say that. I have paid for it.

2nd thing - They blacklisted me cause i replied them " what do you mean by that - we lose money providing personal support to you " and fix your attitude before talking to customers so what did i said wrong here?

I can even open a dispute here, paypal anywhere because they are not providing suport which they mention and by mean support i wanted my problem to be fixed and that is accounts not doing proper follow operations. So many people reported the same on Affiliate chat network so i know its a problem.

If you need proofs screenshots i can even show them also.

Anyways I have posted my status on this MP and their support, rest is your decision whether to buy it or not.

I have 3 MP licenses and I've been with them for about 1 year now, support was always quick to answer and fix the problems (if there where any). As for the support your yelling about - like I said it depends on what you asked them to do... if you want them to configure the whole MP for you that ain't gonna' happen, they offer support only for issues with their software. There are a lot of videos on how to use MP it's not their job to teach you.

What can you expect from MP support when they say this to you. I've been a customer to them for over 6 months but looks like i need to switch they just dont want to help people with the bpt giving error: Invalid source.

I have nothing to respond to this until you pm me with your email so I can check what exactly happened there.

As for providing support, everybody has a different idea about it, support is limited to bug fixing of the software, not installing it, setting it up or personal lessons on how it works ( we have a lot of requests like that and I am sorry for $10/ month we cannot offer that). I am not saying this is the case with you, because as I said I don't know who your are, so pm me so I can check and respond with facts.

I am sorry but I really can't help you spam better not because I don't want but because I haven't done it in over 1.5 year so I don't know what will work now. We've switched to more legit stuff and that's what I'm mostly doing. You are on BHW though and I am sure a lot of members here can help with that .

Some people expect hours and hours of personal help setting everything up and teaching them how to use it....for $10 / month . I'd like to see who offers that.

Just go with the premium plan, you have unlimited everything in it.

As I said above, pm me your email and I will check what happened. The blacklist is for extremely rude and hard to manage users so you must have done something to get there... but I will check.

that doesn't really depend on the software, you can run as many as you want, but you'll probably get in trouble, the response depends on many thing, what kind of accounts, how do you want to use them - i'd suggest you read a little on bhw as many people ask the same question.

Another question that I have now that I forgot to ask was on one of my accounts I'm trying to unfriend people and want to unfriend 1,000 but want to unfriend 1,000 of my oldest friends. Is there a setting for this or a setting where I can unfriend someone who has over x amount of friends?

Question for the OP or the group. Can I use the bump feature, or maybe something else I am missing, to post to the campaign I just started? Meaning I posted 7 postings in groups and now I want to go through and write a comment on those. Is that doable? I didn't see anything on the tutorials.

So far this tool is really impressive. I had a product I was paying $7 per month for that does not do 1/10th of what this can do!

I really appreciate the support and know that you're busy but I just keep coming up with questions as I try to get the most from my situation. I appreciate you and hope I'm not bombarding you with too many questions, lol.

Question 1: How does the "invite people that liked posts to like the page" actually work? I have this setting turned on but find at times I have to go in and manually invite because MassPlanner isn't picking up all the likes. I have a post with 4k likes on it and MassPlanner barely sent any invites out for that post but for other posts it worked just fine. Now this post with 4K likes is a post from like 3 weeks ago, so is there a time limit or certain period a post has to publish to the page for MassPlanner to send out the invites on those interactions? Or does MassPlanner stop scrolling past a certain page count? And that's why invites aren't being sent?

Question 2: Say that there is a time limit to my above question, is there a way to take an old post and gear all the invites on that post to work there instead. Like copy/paste a list of post status URLs and for those URLs, MassPlanner will send out invites to those who interacted with those posts.

Question: 3: Is there a setting I missed where I can have a profile like every comment that someone posts under a pic or status update on the wall? Obviously, I don't have the time to respond to all of the comments but would like to at least like their comments posted on the wall to acknowledge I "read" them.

You should read around and learn how to use the software properly.

no, we don't have that, not sure if it's easily doable but you can send a feature request and our devs will take a look.

well, not sure exactly about your question. You cannot use bump to post to a campaign, a campaign posts on the destination lists you created. You can use bump to bump a post to first place after you do it, the bump is done by adding a comment to the post,you can choose to leave the first comment if you want, all the rest of the bumps/comments will be deleted though. Just go to the bump tool settings are easy to undertand ( select do not delete the first bump)

no problem, however i don't actually provide support here, as I'm allowed only one post per day in a sales thread, you can contact our dedicated support with all your questions and they will respond much faster ( via the software dashboad -contact , or via the site )

As for your questions :

1. this option is quite basic at the moment, it opens the post and invites what it sees, it doesn't scroll too much so that might be why it's not picking up 4k likes

2. not at this time

Just the moment i entered my negative experience with Massplanner Support everyone snapped on me, saying you dont know about Mp, your support issues are personal, you dont know how to use massplanner, if they took a min to look what i wrote about them in here they would have known this things

- I am using MP for 6 months ( that means i know how to use MP )
- My issue was indeed MP problem, Accounts not doing proper follow actions which i reported to them. The same problem was reported on OGAds Chat by like 10 people or so. They still ask me if the problem is fixed or not and if they should move onto followliker or not.
- MP support said they blacklisted me for any kind of support because i said them to fix their attitude as they said " they are loosing money providing personal support to me " IDK whats personal issue if the MP bot is not doing proper follow functions after doing everything they suggested to me. So that means the problem is some what in the bot.

For all the newbies here, don't think i am newbie with bots and not know how to use MP, I know my stuff better. I did everything to fix it but wasn't been able to do so.

I still say the problem was with the bot as many people did reported it to me on OGADS chat. So if you have to believe me go believe if you dont want to its your choice. If you're not having any problems that doesn't mean the same for others.

I am just warning other users about my experiece thats it, if you think its not allowed go report to mods. TY.

I've been using Mass Planner for a while now without any issues, so I can't comment on what the previous guy said. I'd just like to ask about the extra modules: if I get instachat and poster/reposter, will I be able to do these activities (post,chat) via the proxy of the given account?

Is anyone having a problem updating their friends list in MassPlanner?

I'm trying to delete some friends but the friends list won't update. I have 5,000 friends and the number stays at 4,700 no matter how many times I click update. It's doing the same thing for all my other accounts. I even loaded my personal account in and clicked update, it's saying I have 0 friends under the unfriend tool but on the social profile breakdonw it says I have 1,000 which is correct. I'm just trying to see if problem is me or the software before I jump to conclusions. Maybe software needs update to fix bug perhaps. Other than this since I rarely unfriend people, I'm not having any problems.

I would need some urgent advice from the pros if possible.
I am running MP with 2 Instagram proxies from Highproxies. Currently only 4 IG accounts.
Some days the posts from the campaigns get published just fine. But sometimes I receive a proxy error and posts do not get published.
What I did so far:
- contacted MP and Highproxies
- it was suggested not to log into the accounts with the proxies usernames and passwords, but with "IP authentification"
- however my dsl has a dynamic IP so I have to change the IP login data regularly.

Do you guys have any idea on how to make MP and the proxies work efficiently regarding the proxies authentification using the username and password?
Any help would be great! Thank you
