Follow liker doesn't need much cpu like mass planner. Where can find the link to the budget pack? Any discounts?

You can use Remote Desktop Connection to remote to the VPS and use it just like a normal PC. We can help you with initial MassPlanner migration if you want.

I will not use followliker with many accounts. Only 10 accounts for now, so I will go for budget VPS. I will upgrade later. Will buy right away.

I need to know if the location of servers matters.

Hello, i have dedicated server with you now but it's to much for me as i only run 7-8 accounts right now, im thinking about getting vps instead with Massplanner, if i start low can i upgrade to bigger package later without moving all the files again?
