Competitors backlinks

Hello,
I'm starting an e-commerce website, and before placing PBNs, I thought about checking my competitors backlinks using majestic , and most of the time, they use directories that may be spammy, for example :
www. hebdotop . com
www. craftseekers . com
www. yococo .fr
www. annuaire-grossistes .com
are they ?

I'm wondering if its a good idea to the same, and registere too for these directories ?
Wich backlinks shoud i build first (because PBNs take time..) ? buying backlinks ? social signals ? fb ads ?

If your competitors have links from there and they're not penalized, then yeah you should probably get links there too

That's the million dollar question right there. There is no formula.... And if you mess this part up, your site is gone. I would start with real social media referrals before attempting any link work. You may be surprised to rank before you start building links

Then don't build any links now. Build up a REAL social media presence not buying followers. Until you have some reputation, don't do any SEO that you don't fully understand.

On-page SEO only for now. Just my 2 cents.

Perhaps, your competitors tried to hide their powerful backlinks (from PBN), so you just see low-quality backlinks. My advice: disregard getting backlink from such poor article directory, focus on high quality backlinks only.

Thats is the probleme ... where can i find those high quality backlinks ? buying them ? wikipedia and lifehack kind of crap .. ?
