go to fiverr and there is a guy with name MailVerify contact him

you can do yourself by setting up bounce processing with smtp server and interspire.

much thx~ if i do bounce checkign using smtp server and interspire, will i get my IP in bad reputation?

Hi I could do first tier vetting for you, remove all the obvious bad ones, this step has no SMTP involved, it will remove all address of which the domains are expired and where the domains don't accept mails.

Further vetting with SMTP is also possible, but it depends on the a lot's of factors, I don't want my IP getting banned.

I develop my own tools, first tier is using domain and mail server checks without any SMTP involved, 2nd tier is using SMTP to determine the validity of the inbox which is still under development.
1st tier will reduce the bounce rate drastically and 2nd tier will be almost 100% inbox delivery.

Currently I am not eager to provide 2nd tier vetting as I still need to tune my tools to reduce the risk of getting banned.

and one can share which software and tools? PowerMTA? etc.?
