@Potatoe The term "Diploma Grade" is used metaphorically, as the quality is on-par with that of Diploma Students. I myself am English, therefore I don't have a Diploma.

I managed to get a free article and this was an interesting experience to say the least.
Sunday morning 10am I gave the topic, which was just a random plucked out of fresh air subject.
The reply I got was; " Bit of a weird topic, but I'll see what I can do "

Now the OP was honest and said it was a broad subject that wouldn't go into 500ish words, so I sent him the details just after midday.
A couple of hours later, I got an email and the article, I was advised , was delivered. Along was a comment to let him know what I thought;

So down to the review properly;

My honest review​

Speed :4/5

I order my 10 articles (20k words) on 23 October and last article deliver on 13 November (20 days)

Communication : 4/5

some times he respond fast and some times take more than 24 hrs to respond

Quality : 2/5

This is my 3 order with this seller , the other 2 orders (1article and 4 articles) was high quality and he followed the instruction very well

But when it come to bulk order like this order things is changed

-Word count : most articles have lower word count than what i order ( between 30- 70 words lower than the order)

-Many times i asked the seller to reduce the keyword density and every time i got article with the high keyword density until he edit them again.
(in the instructions i told him no more than 3-5 keywords /article)

- I told him not to mentioned the exact price of products but he is not listening , even he mentioned wrong prices of the products

- I told him to focus more on the reviews and just introduction on buyer guide , which not happen and when i asked him to edit the last 2 article which completely not followed the instructions , he just moved some paragraphs down and moved some paragraphs up and refused to edit the articles

- I send him the exact links of each product and he replace some of this products with other low quality products and review it


overall : 3/5

Oh boy, where do I begin?

Right ok, to start with, I told the buyer that a bulk order of 20,000 words would take around 20 days, which it did. They knew that before buying, and I specifically made sure they knew that.

Secondly, I never took more than 24 hours to reply, apart from the final message in our conversation which was on a Sunday, and even that was only 2 hours over.

When it comes to the keyword density (In an article of 2000 words) I mentioned it around 5 times, which was "too much" so, every time upon request, I reduced it right away. I was told after including the price once not to do it again, so from then on I gave rough estimates "For a little over $xx" etc. and if it was requested I change this (Which it never was) I would have done just that.

In regards to the article length, the seller ordered the articles + the metadata, all in the 20,000 words, which I took into consideration and subsequently reduced the article's length here and there. After all, what's the point of adding 10 more words of fluff when it's not needed?

Finally, I would like to address your final point, about refusing to edit the articles:

I had delivered 16 articles out of twenty, and then I sent the buyer 3 articles, at once, all linked via dropbox.

The seller noted that I had focused too much on a buyer's guide, and not enough on the reviews, and for another article, I mentioned a word too much in the headings.

After seeing the reply asking me to change this, I restructured the article, moving the buyer's guide to the end to focus more on the reviews, extending them quite a bit. (Adding nearly 300 words by extending the reviews where they lacked content)

I then sent the final article, along with the 2 revised ones, via a dropbox link. The buyer clearly didn't check them that well, because they would have known that I did actually make every single change they asked for.


Overall, I don't have a clue what the actual issue is here @elhosary . I sent you 1000 words/ day, which I promised, made all the changes that you asked for, replied in a timely manner.
