Question about buying IG accounts and Limits

Okay, so backstory... Just started using Mass planner a couple weeks ago and is going good.

I'm running 3 different accounts that I plan on monetizing. (ran my personal account for a day then stopped it.)

I want to be running at least 10-20 accounts.

So I know it's safe to only use 2-3 accounts per phone/ip/proxy

What I'm wondering is when I do buy more accounts or get more created somehow. How do I log into them without using my own IP? I've been buying IG proxies, I guess I could log into those proxies on my computer? I need access them so I can change passwords, write the occasional real comment, etc.

Another question I have is can I keep making new accounts without phone verification? Or is there a good place I can buy accounts that are already verified?

To people who have been successfully monetizing w/ IG. What is a good number of like/followers to start monetizing? I'll be selling retail, so no e-books or courses or anything like that.

Last question, I've been posting w/ my IG proxy on computer and logging in on my phone through LTE. Could this get me banned for the 3 accounts I already have?

There's 2 ways to log in these accounts:
1) by chrome private browser "after clearing cookies and using proxy, make sure to clear cookies and deleting proxy before logout"
2) you can do that by phone with your 3G

Recommended to buy verfied phone accounts, you can find good in marketplace
You can start with at least 500 likes

it could risk a bit, but I used to do it and hasn't been banned

Actually, 1 Question on step 1 of logging in w/ accounts. Why should I delete the proxy before logging out of my IG account?
