because i saw that op replied to you that it's not his fault that your account got banned and it's yours cause you did somethign that broke adsense tos..
Well i see that op has no clue about adsense at all!
adsense sometiems bans accoutns even if you do nothing to them
that's because they detect you open multiple accounts something that he does (happened to me several times)
in this case it's not your fault he must refund you!
but applying this refund policy many scammers will ask for refunds if they get banned cause they abused adsense TOS
well both you and the op are right here

that is a blackhat service (google doesn't allows that )
so both of you should understand the risks
it's better to create your own account with a good site that you will get approved if you don't get approved with X site and you buy an account and add X site then chances are you will get banned soon or later, unless you fix the X site !
