It depends on what page you are getting the +1's for and in how many +1's that page gets. While no one can claim to know the tipping point of where Google raises an eyebrow at the ratio of social signals I would imagine that you would need to throw a boat load of one kind official signals while getting almost zero signals from other networks such as Twitter and FB etc before Google starts thinking the something is going on.

The best thing to do is, if you plan on getting a large number of +1's then make sure you send at least some social signals from other sites which is easy enough to do. While I appreciate the point you raised is a valid and important one it isn't something that has ever caused an issue for others who have used the G+ Jacker, however, by raising this point it does show that you are obviously thinking things through and being meticulous in your planning so top marks for that

Hi, yes you can do that. We would recommend using the time inactive feature of each plugin though so that only one is active at any one time on your site. This will avoid the same visitor seeing the pop up from the Like Jacker and the G+ Jacker if they happened to be logged in to both FB and G+ when they visit your site.
