The only problem I have right now is that I ordered 10 web 2.0s as a review copy, and before then I started the monthly subscription. I received the review copy, but have yet to receive any of the web 2.0s from the monthly subscription (which is apparently supposed to come in pieces every week).

So, I posted this on 9/23. It is now 10/18, and despite seb_ali reaching out to me and saying he would get my web 2.0s under control, almost 4 weeks later and I've received no updates, no confirmation, and none of the other half of the order I was supposed to get. I canceled the service a few weeks ago, but I was still supposed to receive the web 2.0s of the initial order (i was charged, after all) and nothing has happened.

Again, around the same time a month I ordered the one-time web 2.0 package and everything was great, but this monthly subscription has been a complete shitshow, and I'm honestly pretty pissed about it. It's been 5 weeks since I first placed the order and I have 4 web 2.0s to show for it.
