While we certainly aren't the cheapest provider out there, we do feel we are one of the best providers in the market at present due to the quality of service we provide. Our costs to provide the services we are offer are also unfortunately more expensive than many hosts choose to spend, however we spend the money to ensure the quality of service we provide is amazing.

As an example of why are costs are a bit higher than many cheap hosts..

-10Gbit/s Network Ports on all Servers (More expensive than the 1Gbit/s ports most hosts use)
-Enterprise SSD Disks + LSI Hardware RAID Cards (Far more expensive than a spindle disk and we use Intel Enterprise SSD's which are more expensive than many SSD's hosts use)
-Supermicro Server Hardware & Intel CPU's
-LiteSpeed Web Server (Monthly License, higher performance than Apache)
-CloudLinux (Monthly License, allows exclusive resources & excellent client isolation)
-Daily Backups, Snapshots, Granual Backup & Restore, Client Self Service + Much More (Monthly License + Additional Servers to house Backups)
-cPanel Control Panel (Monthly License, Granted most all providers do use cPanel or Plesk)
-Let's Encrypt SSL Module for cPanel (Per Server License)
-500Gbit/s+ DDOS Protection (Far more protection than most providers)

In addition to the above we also have full time staff to assist clients, engineers to manage the systems, etc.

All in all, it all adds up and unfortunately adds up very quickly.

I share all of the above as we, PodRacks, have an glass door policy when it comes to our company. Unlike most all other hosts we are straight up with our clients, whether is be an unexpected issue or why our pricing is setup the way it is, we share it all because all of us behind the scenes have been on the receiving end of providers whom lie through their teeth or say they can do anything just to make the sale..we are trying to be very different and straight up with everyone - we don't have anything to hide and have no plans to be anything but ethical.

Looks ok. Price seems ok to me - £15/month for reseller hosting is ok. Keeping in mind for my next project.
