No, everybody that has it will keep it, new people won't be able to get it anymore though. It's still the same software, we've just changed the plans a little, there's nothing different.

when any one click on url given in my ig profile an error appears. Below is screenshot. Can you help me to resolve the issue?

your url is probably blacklisted by instagram, there's nothing anyone can do to solve that, you need to change it to something that works.

Just figured out some of my proxies expired so i changed them and fixed the issue, not MP's fault !

Is there a way to accept friends based on Geo region? I just purchased software and must say I am thoroughly impressed. I just wish that there was a Tweet scraper and that I could split a .csv file with text status updates amongst all the accounts that are in a campaign to save some time. Is there a way to do this?

For example, I have a .csv file with 1,000 text updates.

I have 15 campaigns. I want those 1,000 text updates to be split evenly among those 15 campaigns.

I use MP since last month. But Instagram poster modules didn't act well .
"Hashtag search error- post uploaded by MP invisible when search by hashtag" problem are still exist and it didn't fixed since mid of last month.

That might be a problem with the account, mp posts as you would post through your phone, there's no difference, so if the post doesn't show the account might be shadow banned or something.. there might be other things as well, did you check with our support about this?

no, you can't accept friends based on geo as we don't have that info readily available. As for splitting, you can just split it manually and upload each piece of it to each campaign

About the tweet scraper, what would you use it for ? you can send a feature request about it and our devs will take a look.

I knew about doing it manually, lol. I was just hoping that I could save some time.

As far as the scraper is concerned, I was looking into a method of scraping tweets and then turning those in text status updates. I'd find an interesting personality on Twitter, scrape their tweets and then export and import them into a Campaign. It'd be a way to always have some fresh content to make the profile look more authentic and warm to my followers/friends. I'm in the process of warming up some profiles by adding content first before accepting friends and this scraper tool could help with that.

I found a couple of other options out there but was hoping that it could be implemented with your software first before I bought those other options.

Thanks for your reply. I'm still loving MP so far. On Monday is when I jump into joing some groups and adding friends which is why I was asking about the GEO feature.

One tool I love that your program has is the ability to log in and open new browser with the proxies. I find myself at times doing some things manually because of it and I may even weed out some of the fake friend requests this way first before having your software accept them.

Is there a way for your software to accept friends in order that request were received if I were to go this route?

lol dude if you use 1 day old accounts to promote on facebook sure you will get banned with or without massplanner, I dont think you should blame massplanner because you don't know how to promote safe on facebook.

Not to pile on but you're absolutely right about this scenario. Sounds like he put his foot to the metal.

@Neoalb you need to be patient. My recommendation is to warm the accounts up first by ONLY posting status updates and pics. No friend requests, no links. You can like some fanpages and their posts. Do that for a while then scale up and add more accounts and do the same.

Also instead of posting links directly, create a fanpage and post links there then share the status updates on your profile pages or groups. It's not considered to be spam as much by Facebook when compared to a direct link posted.

I tested this method out manually first on a couple of profiles that I maxed out to 5,000+ friends with followers before I bought MP last week and so far so good. I had 25 accounts. 10 were banned only because of my provider's issues as I hadn't even touched the accounts yet. But I didn't blame MP for that because I knew it wasn't them that got my accounts banned. I now have 15 accounts remaining logged in on MP and so far so good.

I only paid for 10 accounts and mMy provider over delivers on my order in case something like this happens but right now all I'm doing is liking posts and status updates. No links. No group joins.

You can't just blame MP without saying what you did because it doesn't work like that. If you give a beginner a gun and don't teach him how to use it there's a very big chance that he'll shoot himself in the foot. Is the gun to blame?

This being said, we provide the software, that I assure you works perfectly and leaves no trace. It's on you to learn how to use it and to learn what to actually do with it. Facebook marketing is not that easy nowadays and you need to spend quite a lot of time to learn what to do and what not to do, and test a lot of things. If you just want to spam cause you read somewhere online it works....well it won't.

What you actually reviewed was your marketing tactic, not the actual software itself. I thank you for that review, anyway

About the tweet extractor, I understand what you mean, we have the retweet tool, basically you'd need something like a repost tool, find good tweets and add them to your account, send a feature request about this so we have it on file, i'll talk with one of the devs as well

As for the friend accept, it uses the top notification bar, and I think that lists the newest first so those are the ones that will always be accepted first.

good advice here, everybody needs to learn how to do marketing first, and then do it, there are a lot of tutorials on BHW and online and of course nothing beats testing things yourself

Is there a way to have something more targeted than that, where you are able to give it a list of profiles for each social media platform, and then the software will follow them, like a portion, or all their posts. This is helpful to stay top of mind for a list of influencers (or prospects).

It doesn't do that only based on a keyword, almost all tools have different sources you can set apart from keywords, most of them do have the do this from a provided list, you can add people in that list and MP will follow, unfollow retweet and so on based on what it finds on those accounts, that actually exactly what you seem to ask for

sorry mate, but we provide the software you need to learn how to do facebook marketing yourself. BHW is a great place to start, it has a section dedicated to this and not all but some discussions will help, testing everything will also help. Facebook changes the rules very fast and what worked 3-6 months ago will probably get you banned today so you really need to know what you're doing with it, alternately you can try the other social platforms as they are more doable generally.

I put in the code I receive and again asks for e-mail verification ...again and again it won't login . Hmm, not sure who those " a lot more people " are as we haven't had any reports of this to support. If you do know anyone tell him/her to contact us to take a look

As for your IG problem, you're probably missing something, you say it works on on your phone, did you use the same proxy on the phone too? If not then the test isn't really correct. Contact our support team and give them more details, an account that has this happening along with its proxy would also help identify the problem if there is any with mp or with something else.

I get from time to time that email or PVA loop too, but it's not the software, if you use a browser you'll get the same issue. Most of the time it's the account at fault, or the proxy. Sometimes if you change the IP it will end the loop, not often though.
