You want to invite friends to fanpages or want to collect friends from fan page. If you want to collect friends from fanpage you can use FFAP.

You can't send invitations to people who are not your friends. If you want to invite random friends, see the thread "INVITE ALL CODE" or "TOGGLE ALL" new limit? I don't think you can invite people that you are not friends with.

You could have a bot that sent a message to people telling them they should like a page. I've had luck with group members like that before. ~12% conversion with a personalized message catered to the groups interest

We can still send invite if someone LIKE on page post.
I have 2 separate imacros bot which, one save users url from group & then other send contact massages.
