We didn't restrict the Speed. As a VPS there are few others users also using the same Network on the main Server. So you migh facing the slowness due to it...

If you are looking for a VPS for Uploading and Downloading stuff then this VPS are not for you. Because any kind of SEO Software don't use Network Speed maximum of 5-10Mbit/Sec. And my VPS are for that.

Regarding the above internet speed I think I should say something. I never trust Speedtest.net results because the testing server port is not always 1Gbps. If you want to check the actual speed then you should test downloading some speed test file from a DC close to your server location exactly like "tutugosh" mentioned.

I am using ServerHosh VPS for my seedbox for the last few months and I have always received the same speed. I am using "ubuntu" and I use Online.net speedtest server with "operf3" command, below is the result. So no doubt Speedtest never actually gave you an accurate result. There are other factors to take into account like
1. Speed test from a vps where people are using the same server port
2. VPS hard drive being used by other people

Just check the last 2 lines where Sender and Receiver are displayed. That's the actual upload and download speed on the VPS.
