hi have been trying to contact you by email - Trixie and your other support guy have went radio silent! On 4th sept purchased 10 articles - Transaction ID: 3643*******45633 and was told they were being finalised - I have not received them please get in touch asap please to sort this out

is the turnaround 2-5 days guaranteed or is it a month like some of these other orders? I need a guarantee before I order. Can't waste a month waiting for content..

It has been 8 days since I have placed an order for 5 articles x 500 words and still no word. Any update please??

Got it to work. Looks like the problem is if you have a certain amount of characters in the "message" section it doesn't let you submit. Might want to think about streamlining your order process to make it more convenient for customers. i.e. being able to submit all the order details at one time. But anyhow, I just placed an order for 4 articles. How/when do I send the actual details?
