You can choose USA as country from our Special Backconnect proxies and you will get random USA ips from different isp and states. We have 50 maximum connections for each backconnect proxy.

We don't filter blacklisted IPs, if we would do that the prices would be 10 times higher. There is no one on the market that filters the residential ips.

Sure, I know the difference between Residential and DC IPs, but for SEO (and similar) purposes, IP blacklisted on over 50% databases is useless, as they're usually ignored by algorithms. But as far as you got at least 50/50 blacklisted/clear IPs, I'm gonna try your service.
