Tumblr.com is another famous platform and yes it allows adult content. In fact 25% of tumblr blogs have adult content in them. Another platform is soup.io. It's like a tumblr clone, so if you've used Tumblr it will be easy for you to use it as well. I don't know if it allows adult content.
