Ordered & paid $45 with 2co on 8/30/16. No confirmation other than 2co. No SERP movement for targeted terms, no confirmation that posts were made. No new links showing in GSC.

Hi, your order has been completed in time, confirmation email was sent as well. Maybe it went in spam folder, since I send a lot of similar emails daily.
 
What kind of backlinks do these sites have? Guest posts, profile links etc?

Is it possible to buy a package of 5 posts?

They have natural backlinks, I didn't build any backlinks for them. The min package is 10 posts at the moment.
