I made a google serach and found some sites but or they don't offer any discount or they don't sell to non US customers .
any suggestions? i am looking for a site that i can trust and not to purchase from private people .

I HAVE made a big research on gift things i was trying to buy them with my NON USA paypal and had no luck so far. So i think there is no good source which can provide you with gift cards from amazon. But if you have reddit there is one subreddit where you can exchange gift cards with paypal try searching "giftcardexchange" on reddit, but you must be active user of reddit to have acces with this service.
