We do not offer free cPanel licenses, Our cPanel licenses are $16.99/month. You are more than welcome to get a license from a 3rd party or from cPanel directly if you wish.
You can buy an extra ip at $2/month

@loedown I have 5 domains (4 are .io) they are one page soon to be WP sites that are pretty much place holders. I don't see a way to host .io sites on your website. Am I missing something?

You can host .io sites, they are the same as any other domain name out there. If you already have the domains, you do not need to register them. Just click " I already own this domain" and type in the domain you want as the main domain. If you need to register .io domains let me know and I will get them added to our list.
