Some torrent clients like utorrent allows you to edit/remove the tracker at any point. If you start the download and wait a bit until the peers joining in (so the download starts), you can remove the tracker and the amount of downloaded/uploaded data won't be counted, the download won't stop (maybe for a few seconds), it's practically a free leech hack. After you removed the tracker, the torrent client is unable to report the amount of data you leeched or seeded. On some trackers it's almost impossible to keep a good ratio, with this trick you don't have to worry about that.

TL can detect this, so i wouldn't recommend doing it there, but it's safe to do on pretty much any other tracker (at least where i tried), IPT included.
