He told me he can refund 15% to PayPal only. Seller is changing % all the time and is really contradicting himself.

I guess he's waiting until 180 days are finished since the last deposit someone has made. That's how long you can open a dispute with PayPal.

Yeah, avoid this guy. The likes/follows will disappear if they were even filled. Then it takes weeks of nagging and answering the same question over and over just to get a refund.

The funny thing is that he doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with his business model. After all he is making "$x,xxx+ a day". Who cares if the product doesn't work and the customer support stinks.

Yeah, find a different service. I was one of the lucky ones to get a refund. But I wasted so much time to get it.

OP I am not being impatient but looking at numerous complaints against your services I am compelled to threaten you with dire consequences if you won't return my money. I too have numerous stealth paypal accounts. All it takes is 10-15 payments of $1 each and then CB on every payment sent to you. I am sure that will be enough to toast your PayPal account.

If my money is not returned in next 24 hours, I will start the process of screwing your PayPal account. Simple as that.

As to everyone who actually has a brain, and understand that this update by Instagram was very effective, i really appreciate your patience.

Whenever we think the system is ready, we test it out for 48 hours, only to find out it is doing drops still, but we are getting very close, thank you all for your patience, you know who you are.

Before making immature threats you'll regret later, think. consider working on a filter for your brain. It will save you from a lot in life. I am going to conclude that you're just stupid for making that threat, and continue on with your refund, message me your transaction ID.

If you decide to try anything, i will report your full name, address, PayPal account, and IP to PayPal. So just don't try anything. Simple as that. Take your refund and step away.
