Instagram removing profile picture when viewing accounts from specific IP

I have a really weird problem.

On some of my IG accounts I can not see the profile picture if I visit their profile from either Android or PC, doesn't matter, pic is bugged and not showing up. This is happening on around 50% of my own accounts that I visit from my PC.

If I visit the profile with another IP the proper profile picture is always visible...

Yes, this has nothing to do with cache.

You're wrong. I will tell you why. The profile picture will be visible even if I browse the profile from my:

Android phone (both from IG app and Chrome)
Chrome incognito from PC
Firefox from PC

When you say your ip. Is that a proxy not allowing images to load?

No, it's my personal IP from my ISP. The invisible profile pictures only happens on a few of my own IG accounts, I have never seen it happened on a random IG account. I can always see their profile pics.
