Just ordered 1k fb likes in the panel. But still hasn't gotten a single like even after 1 hour. Also have tested some of the services in panel as well. Most of the services are claimed to be Instant which is nothing more than a lie. Another thing is it seems that the admin is no more active here, as everyone can see the above week old replies and not a single word has received from the seller. I'm gonna report this to Mods.

I'm giving the seller 24 hours to respond to customers letting them know what is going on and 48 hours to solve all issues from now.
If he fails to take action on these points his thread will be permanently shut. Far too many issues are being reported for this service.

Is there any service or company does not have any issue with their product or service? If people don't open the ticket or contact us on skype and complain here then what is our fault ?

All Client, Don't complain on BHW thread. If you have any issue, you must contact us on skype or open ticket. BHW thread not any kind of support. Again Don't complain on Balckhatword thread, only contact on skype or open ticket.

I had 2 pm's and a report stating people have been trying to reach you for a number of days.
It was the lack of response from you that annoyed me, along with the fact we also had issues with this service 2/3 weeks ago.

Did THEY told you that , they contact with us on skype or open ticket ? Did they told you they open ticket or contact us on skype and i didn't replied them past 24 hrs ?
I don't think so, becoz i am active on skype and ticket. I reply in 6-12 hrs always. If they complain here , then what can i do ?

This is my last reply on the topic, I do not know why you want to do this in public but that's fine.
It's my job to keep the marketplace clean of bad services, when we repeatedly get reports that a seller is doing a bad job we have to look into it and have done multiple times with you.
We get far more complaints about this thread than any other thread and as we already had an issue 2/3 weeks ago I decided to step in and make sure everything is ok. We do not want our users to get ripped off and we have to be seen taking action when it's needed.
Drop the attitude now. It's not a right to sell on BHW, it's a privilege and if you think offering poor support and ignoring people is a good way to do business on here then you are mistaken.
Fix your thread, fix the issues people are having and do it soon or you will lose the privilege of selling on here.

I am sorry if any of my words heart you. I didn't mean that.
I just trying to say. User must try without ticket or skype for support. If they didn't got any support, they are allowed to complain on bhw. But if any client waitout contact our support and without wait at least few hrs , they complain here. Then i don't think i have any things to do.
Anyways, again i am sorry i didn't mean to heart you or i am fully clear about your job. But You must think about seller too , not only about client.

Update: OP contacted me over skype, and after giving him my order id. He performed a quick check and told me that the reason behind was the server issue. So, he just restarted my order. After an hour he hit me up again regarding my order. But I told him that only 36 likes has received. After that he told me, that our server is over loaded, and offered me a refund. Which I accepted, and he cancelled my order.
The reason behind posting my above review was it is clearly written in the panel (facebook likes) service that these are INSTANT, which they're not.
As, I was recording a video regarding fb likes and everything seems to be going well till I started to refresh the page to show it to my users and nothing was happening. So, all the things gone messed up.
I've also tried instagram/ twitter followers and youtube views service, but all of these were worked well.
EDIT: At the end. I'd suggest OP to improve fb service or just remove the INSTANT tag from it.

The fun part is that this panel (and some Other panels) started selling same Instagram Followers from same Provider that recently dropped in September, if i'm not wrong followers drop rate was about 90% some 100% . Good Luck, soon they will again all drop).
