Are you really ignoring dmca? I ran some hack sites on "DMCA ignore" hosting which claimed they're really ignoring this DMCA thing. But in reality, I always got abuse complaint etc for my sites which I believe from my competitors.

Yes we really DMCA. Any time we get any copyright complaints they have 5 days from the time they mail it for us to review it. Otherwise it is null and void. We are not required to monitor any DMCA complaints. And I have PMD you
