I'm getting a very low rate of links created with success with rankerx. I've tried with proxies and without, but the results are similar.

What do I need to get started for pushing my low comp keywords to #1 in google.de?

1. The best Spinner (supports german spinning regarding to FAQ)

4. Indexing service (which one should I take for this?, must be compatible with GSA too)
5. 2captcha (how much captchas do I need per month?)

Creating Tier 2 also with content and content spinning and use all sites and (DA25+ if possible) and linking to Tier 1. The last step is using GSA to spam my Tier 2 with backlinks.
(8. for new domains could I do the same as 7. but linking not to my money site but to a EMD.wordpress.com site and only this wordpress site is linking to my new domain if something hurt my moneysite I need only to remove the EMD.wordpress.com backlink?)

3. You only need about 20 semi dedicated proxies
4. Try elite indexer. But I also recommend creating lots of backlinks to your tier 1. It'll help index your links quickly.
5. Only when creating new accounts on target websites. And now because most of the time you repost to these accounts, it should not cost you much when it comes to captchas.
6. You can use RankerX (platform sites) for tier 2/3 too
7. Looks ok. The rule of thumb is keeping GSA SER links away from your money site. Also consider link velocity now because Google Updates are real time now.

Quoting myself just to clear this out: My issue were the bad quality of my proxies. RankerX supported was great!

Now my success rate is around 90%.

Having a nightmare trying to give some money to 2captcha!
No PayPal option at all now and even paying by card means you have to jump through so many hoops.

Yes. You can use RankerX for Tier 2. in my experience
You should build manual Web 2, Social Bookmarking, Social Profile and PDF,... + high DA sites from RankerX for Tier 1.
Use RankerX as tier 2 with article builder/WordAI.
Then use GSA /Scrapebox for Tier3

When importing articles (just standard .txt files), for some reason it keeps replacing ' with �

Is there a way to import text articles without this bug happening?

Tried saving the encoding: to UTF-8 on the text file, it's ANSI by default. That seems to have cleared the issue. But that's going to mean changing 1000's of text files in order to import. Can anybody think of a practical solution?
