We have all those requirements met except virgin -- there is no such thing. All IPv4 addresses were sold out in early 2015, any vendor telling you that they have virgin proxies is lying.

I've tried many Private proxies since 2011 when I've bought Xrumer , Blazingseollc is the best .

I've a 100 private proxies with them now , I use these 100 proxies for :
1- Scraping 15 search engines with Hrefer ( Running 1000 threads )
2- Registration and Posting on forums with Xrumer. ( Running 400 threads )
3- Runs more than 100 projects with GSA SER. ( Running 130 threads )
4- Scraping keywords and links with Scrapebox. ( Running 350 threads )

Overall : 1880 threads at the same time , I tried to increase the threads but my dedi has crashed due to the CPU consumption .
