i have a lot of external backlinks in .gov and .edu sites....and its not indexed by google or moz href majestic..is there any way for fast indexing ???

Get a list of these links, and put them on an indexed page of any domain. Then go to WMT and submit to index.

if i understood .. i put all my external backlinks in any website that is almost indexed..ok ..then i go to google web master tools and un submit it .. like fech as google or submit url .or what ?
