Even thought theses have good metrics, it doesn't mean that it is healthy for English sites to have links from these. Metrics is one thing and you shouldn't just focus only on it. Focus on where real people would leave the link to English sites.

This is just suggestion based on almost 10 year of SEO experience.

It would be awesome to see in the tool which sites it gonna register, so we - people can choose where we want our links appear. Is it hard to make, just to improve user experience?

Why you can't just let people see what sites there are in your software and let choose where to register accounts? It would solve issue and these sites can be in software in case someone needs them...

That's very interesting, please explain what is the difference between me making all those links and publishing whole list online or making you clients choose sites where to register in your software? Are you scared of someone taking screenshot and publishing it online?
