Hey, Very simply, Just need different people to create one account each at a website.
You will need a bank/credit card, a phone to verify and a new email address and an address (can use a fake one)

Once it's created I will send you over a VCC to replace your credit cards details with so you won't be charged (you then delete your cc details completely too).

I will PayPal you $20 upon approval. Then you send me the login details to the account and the new email address.

Simple is that.

Comment below or PM me your Skype if you want to do this (need them fairly quickly) and will PM you with the full details.

Created Account as his request by verify my phone number & credit card.
I showed him all via skype screens share and everything seems to be fine.
But, OP Forgot to say that the payment isnt for the account create, He only pay when you sumbit a ticket to amazon AWS requesting higher limits, and if they decline the limit request, no 20$ and no nothing.
I wasted my time for nothing.
