Launched a new site. did google console, added site map, use google analytics, adsense, adwords etc..

Looking for someone to help with getting indexed faster

Just fetch it as google. If you have unique content it will be indexed within hours.

I've you've started the site 3 weeks ago and submitted it to Google and it still has not been indexed I'd be worried about some underlying problem with your site/domain. It can't be a good sign.
