any idea how can i reach facebook support

i need facebook to answer me a specific question when it comes to uploading content, and i want a specific answer to a specific question, any ideas please.

"Facebook" and "support" should never be used in the same sentence (even though I'm about to do just that).

Facebook has a community support system, but just like on the regular Facebook site, nearly everyone there is clueless and illiterate.

Facebook also has a support inbox, but that's only used if you report a page or if something you submitted is rejected (e.g., page verification).

i feel like facebook is so shady when it comes to giving "clear answers" i edited 2 videos in last week, both of them had parts of copyrighted music, but what happens when i click post, a sign appears to me saying the following "don't worry if the video is created by you and the music is not the main subject of the video, u still can post it" that would make u feel safe no ? so i did post them, but eventually i ended up getting a temporary block of posting coz i have a copyrighted material, i mean if you gonna block me eventually, why the hell would u say that "don't worry" in the 1st message, this just f*cks me up.
