How to monetize over 17M emails?

Hi, have 17m+ emails from usa,uk,ca,mx,au,es etc

Its my personal email list.

How i can monetize this emails?
Or how much my list cost?

Maybe i can sell but i need an suggestion from you guys

Yes scraped, but from quality websites, its an unique list.
I have emails from US,CA,UK,MX,ES etc, but mixed in a single file.

First I don't think that you could use this without beeing targeted for spam. Unless this list was built by using witehat techniques, you could get in trouble with this. Not to mention that from my best guess, you didn't eliminate any spam traps or bouncebacks. Unless you are using a lot of servers from which you will send the emails. you will be targeted for spam in no time by the top 3 email providers (yahoo, gmail and hotmail). If they sense that the emails come from the same ip, and given the huge number of emails you want to send out, there is no way these will ever inbox.
