I can't comment on the results for now, because the report was delivered today, however it was ready 5 days ago, but the seller made an excuse he forgot to send it then, although i asked him on Skype....

Delivery on time: 1/10 (The report was delivered 10 days late)
Communication: 8/10 (I got a reply on my questions via Skype, but it can be done faster)
Report: 7/10 (A screenshot report was provided, but the metrics of the sites were not included)
Quality 5/10 (Also tried to find some of the links by the permalinks in the URL, but none of them were indexed. I hope the seller is adding the links for indexing or that the blogs have good indexing rates /up to a week is the maximum to get blog posts indexed naturally, otherwise the quality is bad/. The permalinks in the URL make no sense at all, so i doubt the quality of the blogs/ content is good.)

OVERALL: 5.25/10

If the seller doesn't improve the points above, there won't be a way to compete with the other PBN sellers in the marketplace.

1) It is 3 Days Late. Sill it is late. But Work Was Done 5 Days Ago With 5 Drip Feed. I checked 3 post are index.. Give Week Time All Will be Index. IF you want Fast Index, I can use Indexer.
2) I Will be Improving what ever suggestions you have given.

• Stunning metrics: TF and CF are all above 20. CF/TF ratio is always less than 1.5. Ref domains > 15.
• Contents are all great. Readable, unique, contains related images.
• Each website has its own theme and widget settings.
  
• Homepage OBL is pretty okay, no more than 15.

Everything is great so far from my end. I am totally satisfied with what I get. I can't tell much about the ranking at the moment since it's pretty soon.
