Never heard about payee before. Do sites actually use it to pay you out? I only use paypal or payza myself.

The sender prolly wants you to register with PAYEER.

You said you need this for Adsense to receive money, in that case Payee name and account simply = your banking details to receive payment, not any online account

Why don't you ask Payee directly or simply try to open an account there, so you will see what they require??

That's not an online payment company or anything,that's just your name/surname or additional bank details.
