How much is this domain worth?

I have 12+ years old domain in health niche and i get it for $10 on godaddy. Still have 0 results with it.

But we need to know the links, to say the price.

Some guy sold me 4 links in the .edu blog posts from nice university, but they already deleted and he is disappear. So if links are not deleted, domain have some price.

If it's cheap enough to make a try. Just do it.

Yes but TF7 says that those domains are not quality domains. I can't tell morefore sure without seeing the domain, but the chances that the 12 domains are huffpost wikipedia and nytimes are very very low. So this domain is spammed from what I see from the metrics.

CF is higher than TF so maybe those links are low quality. Not worth a $100.

I avoided TF/CF for years because I felt the best way was to analyze the links yourself, plus I dont' like change and was too lazy to learn a new metric. But I did put weight into DA/PA as an indicator to check the site out. OVer the past couple weeks with a Majestic account I've probably spent about 50 hours on building a new PBN and using Majestic. I've found TF/CF to be a pretty useless metric. It's so easily gamed, it's a waste of time imo. Sure you can say DA is a waste of time too, but DA is atleast an indicator that the site has potential good links to it. Then I evaluate the links individually the best I can. Where as I've come across pretty good expired domains that have a very low or next to nothing TF/CF, with a very good link profile. Links from gov sites, big media sites, etc. So if I solely based my search on TF/CF, I would have missed dozens of good domains.

Example, I bought one with DA of 17 and PA 24. TF 0 and CF 13. 22 referring domains. Two links are two cities official pages. One link is from the local university. Couple links from decent travel/tourism sites and one from a pretty big forum. Then it has a few 'okay' links. Then a few links with very low value. I have no idea where they get a 0/13 from, but it's a perfect expired domain for a PBN.

Seems anchor text is mostly the domain name, but i am using free version of Moz and can only get 5 results, But i have a feeling its varied anchor texts.

if you trust the seller then buy the domain
if you dont trust it you need to go over all the backlinks of that domain and see that there is nothing fishy there
